Our Spring 2010 Thursday Night Skills Sessions cater to Mites, Squirts, Pee Wees and Bantam-age players.

Beginning April 22, our Spring Skills program will pack energy and enthusiasm into intense skill sessions geared toward developing the complete hockey player.

Our experienced staff will teach essential skills and instill the mind set considered necessary to become a better player at both ends of the ice.

To build up these skills, our instructors use over-speed training to take players out of their comfort zone and allow for increased skill development at higher speeds.

This season, our program will consist of an all-around skill development session in our first hour while the second hour will focus on stickhandling and shooting.
